How soon do you treat soil with Dominion 2L before planting?

We have an awful infestation of termites in our area. We plant outdoors, and want to prepare the soil before planting. How soon in advance should we treat the area with Dominion 2L. I read somewhere that it is before planting, and just can't find it again! So, thought I would ask...thanks!

No worries.. I always look up labels for products on google before purchasing.
