How should I go about training?

So this is day 3 flowering and I’m noticing that many of my lower branches I was pullling down to encourage something similar to scaffolding methods. Are now penetrating the canopy and seeming to have 3 maybe even 4 main coalas? I’m new so trining seems to be intimidating until late stage flowering. Pics below should help
