Just do not do the dumb noob thing and order to your house or where you may grow and do not use your credit card with your name on it. Get a prepaid or send money order. Paradise seeds is great, Mr Nice Guy, bcbuddepot is good,Barneys is good DNA genetics is good. These I know as have used many times from them..

Just make sure that its not a green dot visa card as some places wont take those. I get mine from currency exchange. No names or anything you give them cash they give you a card charged with visa logo

Honestly.... I send Cash. I use a flat rate international envelope at the post office, costs like $20 something and its worth every penny. I just dump the cash inside, include my order number for reference, and send it off. I've never once had a problem this way and its alot easier than having to obtain a money order or buy a preloaded visa which in most cases you have to call to allow international purchases.....

Avoid paradise seeds boutique though. That guy is know rip off artist tricking people thinking he is paradise seeds. Another good one is world-widemarijuanaseeds.com he sells individual seeds if on a budget reg and fem. If the option for overnight or express delivery is there take it as these packages are not detained or sit as they have time frames so less sitting the less chance to be found.. and do not send to a po box either

.nl is simply the best site out there. It's better than Attitude and certainly more reliable than Nirvana. They don't ship the seeds in the breeder pack, but are legit.
I wonder sometimes whether Attitude sends reps to this site to spam for them. So many people recommend Attitude, but they're not that established and have only recently become popular. They do seem fine, but there are better...
As for a good strain with a narcotic effect, try Afghani. It's almost impossible to kill and produces a lot. It's a 4 month strain, but worth it. Some people will recommend Lowryder #2, but it's finnicky and expensive - not worth it IMO.

I personally do not trust anyone who does not ship in breeder packs, there is absolutely no reasonable excuse to open a perfectly good breeder pack. Stealth shipping is not an excuse as this can be accomplished quite easily.
They've been around long enough to build a good reputation. I'm not a "rep" but I am a very pleased customer. I've ordered at least six or seven times now, never a problem, and never had to wait more than a week or so. I also recently ordered from nirvana and I am now pushing 25 days without shipment, email, or any notification whatsoever. I've had to wait longer over the years from various sources so I'm not jumping the gun too quick but I can honestly say I will not be ordering from Nirvana again.
There are many 'tude customers here because they are highly recommended on this site and there are more people who use them because of this, plus they ship in original breeder packaging. Original breeder packaging is a very large "selling point" as well, these two factors combined make them quite popular. I'm willing to bet any other company with such a good track record would get the same reviews.

ive ordered from the tude 3 times and great service. i pay the extra for shipping but i order a enough that the 420 discount makes shipping almost free. very happy with the germ rates so far with their stock. i will definately order again.

I forgot about Nivana I really like them too never had issues with them and I usally got seeds in 10 days from order.Things not to start ut with are the Blueberry fam as its the hardest strain I have ever grown. Good hard to fuck up strain I luv is Bubblegum. Clones excellent easy to grow and produces heavy. The smoke is A-1 and hardcore. Another good hearty strain is Sweet Purple from Paradise. Its dark purple if grown in soil or has a pink bud if done hydro. Has a very unique smell and the best pheno tastes like strawberries. Hers a little bubblegum and some sweetpurple
