if you take some seeds and put them in holes in the ground dont expect much....
However if you tend to the plants and care for them then you can come out with some amazing bud, dont let all that indo being the best stuff get to ya, if grown properly outdoor bud can be just as good.
like i said you need to put effort and money into this if you want some good bud, luckily this is the site to help you. Your right that soil is probably pretty fertile but its not good enough, you would be better off mixing your ground soil 50/50 with a commercial soil, just to be safe and also add alittle dolomite lime to the soil to stabalize the PH (very cheap at any gardening place). when growing weed you need two different stages vegging and flowering, when vegging you want fertilizers high in nitrogen and lower in phosphorous and potassium, (n-p-k 10-3-4) and for flower you want low nitrogen and higher other numbers like ( 2-6-5), you have to decide wether you want to use organic or chemical fertilizers. if you want to use organic ferts you can mix them in with the soil, things like different bat guanos, worm castings, bone meal and you can also add things into the water like liquid fish emulsions. if you want to use chemical ferts its the same there are slow release ferts for soil and fast ferts for water, just remember high N for veg and high P-K for flower.
Also you can choose to put ur plants in holes in the ground, or in big pales, in either case the bigger the better because it allows more room for the roots to grow = bigger plants = bigger yield. Also you will have better results using quality seeds that youv researched and know are well suited to your grow than if your just planting bagseed, but either will work especialy for your first grow
hope this helps you out ill try my best to answer any other questions
