Mushrooms have never messed with my digestion, but trying to sleep after eating them is generally a bad idea.Not a huge fan of diarrhea so not often.
I've done them a few times (probably a larger dose than I should have) and each time the trip was depressing and I would go to bed and not be able to sleep, hearing every little sound and tick that my brain would normally filter out, and I just lay there for hours trying not to go insane.
