How often do i water the sprouts?

yeah i was wondering how often would you suggest i water my plants that have just sprouted?..i have been watering them in the morning and at night before i go to bed..and i leave the lights (CFL light bulbs) on through out the day and night..is this a pretty accurate watering cycle..or does it not mater since the plant is still a sprout:idea:?..

you water when the soil dries out not when you think you should, over watering is the #1 killer of plants. Even in a tiny 2 inch square pot you shouldn't have to water for 3-4 days.
