lo pal. it all depends i'm afraid.
just because the seeds are fems doesn't mean a bigger yield.

how many bulbs are you using?
what nutrients are using?
are you checking your ph and ppm/ec?
how long did you veg for?

well my Ph is at 7.5 I havent started yet I have 100 watt flurencent bulbs p.s. vegging time is when the lights are on the whole day righttt?

vegging is when the lights are on for a min of 18hrs.

how many bulbs?

2 bulbs for 2 plants

so lets say my vegging time is about a month

you need as much light as possible. for vegging its not such a big deal but make sure they are daylight spectrum (aka blue or 6500k). for flowering you will need 2500k bulbs (although some say a mixture of 6500k and 2500k). and plenty of them.

What are you using in your room as reflective? And remember that using CFL's, you will automatically yield less because the light is just not strong enough to penetrate to the lower branches and buds... Look into putting more lights around the sides to help increase yield... To answer your question: Only you can tell us what you yield after flowering has finished and the buds are dried and cured... For your first grow... considering you do everything right and have no pest/fungus/root rot issues you may get 1/4 oz per plant that is ready to smoke... Just my opinion

wow that sucks thats it how is it only 7 grams I spent friggen over 200 dollars and im only going to get that I can just go buy that and for alot less

HPS during flowering, 8 weeks = ~1 oz smoke per plant. As others have said, it depends on several factors. I've never seen an average sized plant produce more than 2 oz smoke; your numbers must have included some wet weed.

What do you call average sized plant?
I regularly get 3 to 4oz from a plant that's not even that big.
I got 3 1/2 oz (dried and cured) off the plant in my sig which is in a 12" pot
Lights, nutes, ventilation, there are a lot of variables that need to be right to get your plant to grow to it's optimum potential.

You can get over an oz with Lowryders, well I got 1 1/2 from some.
Good lighting, good ventilation, good nutes and good soil.
I use worm castings a lot, also Advanced Nutrients Piranha, Tarantula and molasses to keep all the goodies in the soil, these break down the nutes so the plants can assimilate them better.
It also depends how long you veg them for.
