Hello I am wondering how much I could possibly yield per plant. I am going to have a 5x5x7 grow tent with 1000w light. Ill have MH for vegging and HPS for flowering. I'm going to plant 9 seeds in the beginning and see how many females I end up with. The final pot size for each plant will be 5 gallons and I'm using smart pots with fox farm ocean forest soil. I have all the nutrients that I want to use as well. If all goes well how much should I yield?

Anywhere from .25 gpw (Something went WRONG if you do that) but I bet you will be in the .5-.75 gpw area,once you get good you can be upward of 2.0 gpw. That's having every element of the grow perfect. (GPW=Gram Per Watt)

Veg time determines gpw.
A 5x5 area is 25^ft.
And you have a 1000w light
Trying to shoot for 30g per square foot. That would be a .75gpw.
4 plants
4-6 week veg
Lst, Scrog or any training.
I have grown once before and I'm going to plant 3 Skywalker seeds, 3 seeds from this sativa that a friend grew and the other 3 are unknown varieties of bagseed and I wont be scog

nawww dude seriously...we dont know...you could be a badass grower or a shitty grower. If you can come right off the starting line with getting maximum yield then you could achieve a lb for the lot. assumming you have no problems in the process. Things that will fuck you over: over watering, mites or other harmful bugs), over feeeding, not lollipopping and getting rid of suckers (wasted plant energy) pissing on your plants, using semen as nutrients etc etc

The biggest factors in how much you produce are the light, and how well you fill the tent. Hydro usually yeilds a little better than soiless, which yeilds a little better than soil. A 1000 watt light grow with a full canopy can net you a pound and a half if you know what your doing but most people get about a pound. Id say since youre new to growing and probably going to make some mistakes, if all goes reasonably well youll probably net 350-400 grams. Now if you decide to go with dwc and scrog it you have a much better chance of pulling up to 2 pounds which is totally possible.

This is regardless of 1 (Being scrogged out with a longer veg cycle) or 6 plants (Low Stress Trained) they will yield similar(If tent is filled out right).Hydro will yield more and soil will taste better, take your pick.The style you decide will make a MASSIVE difference in the end. Like Alienwidow said DWC and scrog is where its at for the best yielding grows.
