That seems ambitious. With CFLs? I have 250W of CFLs, therefore I should expect 125g from my grow? Even half that amount is decent with my setup.

The g/w is different depending on the lighting source. Even T-5 and cfls have different lumens/watt so imagine what the difference is between hps. What size container is this in? That tends to be a huge factor.
