Ever heard of a perpetual garden?

Then you go and throw out a number that is completely unsupportable as being some sort of standard. What size pot? Is it hyrdoponics? LED or HID? co2 supplemented or regular room air? Is it a sealed type room? How long was the plant in vegetative growth? Is humidity stable?
