how much water?

i live in the south and it has been very hot. i dont want to leave a trail to my spot but dont want my girls to burn up either. how much water do you think is necessary for a couple of 6 footers that are sitting side by side?

some of my 6 footers drink 2 gallons a day

wow. do you add nutrients each time you water?
