Steroids dont work well for me all I wanted to do was fight and fuck lol and I was too busy fighting and fucking to work out and I got all flabby and fater
But creatinine does work ill tell u that much
I drink 10 bottles of water a day and after a week of lifting I can tell a huge deference and I feel like I get better reps in like all I do on upper body days is preacher curl, Arnold press, bench (with dumbbells), and I forgot the name but it isolates your traps and u lay down and press up
And I try do incorporate 10 mins of jogging and almost 45 of walking
2 mins of walking in between sets
And for leg days I do lots of sprinting were I walk for 3 mins and sprint for 2 until I get about a hour of it in then I do weighted squats and calf raises and do the 5 minute run/walk in between sets
Oh and if you train n eat right you wont get kidney damage thats thats silly unless someone did steroids hmmmm?
