How much water to give when its getting colder?

How much would you guys say?
I got 10G grow bags going.
Last time I checked on them they were still pretty wet and I watered them a week before that.
Overnight temps around here are 8-12 C

I've had to slow up on my waterings. Every week and a half or so for me now.

any other input would be appreciated
