how much water is too much?

i have 9 plants growing in a 4x4 tray ebb n flow system, all 4 weeks into flowering about 4 feet tall.. they are in hydroton

how much water is too much for them? can i do like 8 30 minute intervals throughout the day? or is that too much? i dont really wanna experiment thanks.
