How much time to run exhaust fan

What i am wondering is how much time to run the exhaust fan, see here we have really bad winters and my grow room is closed off and it stays at decent temps (67F) with the heat from the light, but the temp outside the grow room is ridiculous cold (55F) and lower. Now i tried to run my exaust fan 24,7 since my light is on 24,7 but my temperatures started to fall way too much and humidity drop alot also from 67F, 65%RH to like 60F , 45% RH. now i am looking to buy small heater with ajustable thermostat but i would like to keep the heat in the grow room as much as possible, but i do understand that fresh air is needed but would 5 mins every hour so or something resonable?

Are you noticing any slowed growth?

67f isn't real optimal for growing the ganj.... with hps you wanna be up in the mid to high 70s and led low to mid 80s.

What type of lights are you using? What size of space?

using a 400 watt mh in a 8x4 feet grow room, for flowering i have a 1000watt hps which i believe will help get temp up.
I have noticed slow growth with the clones i started but my mother plant is growing like crazy.

Ya I woulda suspected showed or stunted growth, 67f is def on the low side.

My lights out temps are 70-72

You will def see improvement once that 1k is on there warming the space up a bit better.

That momma looks good.

Best of luck

So basically a thermostat that would start my exhaust fan when temps or humidity gets too high? the rest of the time exhaust fan off?

Yep exactly. They are game changers. Takes the guess work out.

Once you run a controller you will never want to do without it again

one of the biggest issues i have seen with grows is air exchange if u have fuck all air exchange u are gunna have issues hence why u run out take 24/7 so u dont get to much co2 build up
