Brother, it is Illegal Everywhere. More precisely because of International Treaties (Laws) that have been Ratified by our Senate (Which then becomes Law of the Land according to The Constitution) AND Almost Every Other Single Country Signed and Ratified these Treaties making it Illegal Across the Globe, All except the "third world" Countries which Wish to Stay Free and Independent of the International Incorporated Monies and if you Follow history you see that many of these "third world" countries Have Now become Waste Lands, and it is Because they did Not give into the International Slavery!
