How much taller?

So I have my babies growing lovely and nicely outside. My tallest plant is over 5 ft and it's a Sativa. It has been flowering anywhere from 2-3 weeks at the least (I can't really tell you how far along they are). I'm concerned over the height now because I don't want my neighbors getting nosy all of a sudden. They are hidden between some bushes and trees. It's starting to get taller than the main bush that it's next to (including the 5 gallon bucket). So my question is this if they are 2 weeks into flower how much taller will they get? I know you can't get an exact height but I was under the assumption that they double in size. If so that means 10 ft I can't do that that's too tall, especially when fall is right around the corner. My indica dominant Alaskan Ice are 4 ft so that would make 7-8ft. If they grow to be that tall that is not good. Here goes the link to my journal you can take a look and please help if you can. Thanx and much appreciated. https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/188856-first-grow-malawi-gold-alaskan-post2962889.html#post2962889

its a hard question to answer. It all depends on a number of factors, like strain and amount of light hitting the plants. If the plants are semi shaded then they tend to stretch quite a bit. If they are close to bushes or fences they tend to have to compete for light depending on where the sun is and that will force them to stretch as well.

If you are worried about it tie them down with green nylon and tent pegs.

Oh ok I was worried that tying them down now would affect them since they are beginning to flower. Thank you so much I'll be going to Lowes this weekend to pick up some equipment to tie them down. Thank you again.

Careful tying them down now, they tend to stiffin up during flowering. If I am seeing this right they are in 5 gallon buckets right? You could dig a hole for the bucket so that the base of your plant is level with the ground. That would give you an extra 12"-18"

for as how tall they get once they flower, for outdoor it isnt double the size.. my plants are 6ft now so if they were to double when budding is finished they would be 12 ft high and that would almost be insaine.. haha they get usually 2-3ft taller once budding depending on sunlight, strain, nutes, watering, your climate, how you grow. hope this helps

It does a lot. I use molasses for feeding. My soil is a mix of mainly compost that I've been in rotation for years, FF Ocean Forest, mulch, fish, earth worm castings, and egg shells. I didn't feed them any veg. nutes i beleive there was enough in the soil for that. But thank you for the help.
