My two old seedlings have nute burn because i added a small amount of nutes, which i know I should of not did that now. But how much superthrive should I add to a Liter of water so it can help the seedlings, I have already flushed a week ago. I do not want to give them to much or to little superthrive because they need help bad.

I always thought superthrive was garbage, but I know some people swear by it... Anyone want to explain why I should try it?

Seems we're pretty much in the same place... which I why I am coming across all your threads.
What I plan to do is try to do as much testing as possible since I’m learning as I go. If I'm going to try to use any nuts on my seedlings I'll test on 1 or 2 of the plants to see how they react. If good.. will spread the love... if not... very little damage will have been done as appose to all of them feeling the pain.
Also as I said in the other thread... not sure about your light but they are very close to your little babies there. I have the Soma organic grow book and he suggest keeping the lights four feet above them during this early stage. I am using a T5 so it makes sense for me to keep my lights higher... I am at about 3 and a-half feet above mine. What type of light are you using?

idk if its too late but i had a prob with some soil me an my buddy mixed up tryed to go all organic but used too much nutes burnt one of my girls so went to the hydro store an explaned what i did and he sold me HYGROZYME not sure if it was the flushing or transplanting or hygrozyme but nothing was working till i did the treatment an with in 2 to 3 days i noticed a diff its expen but worth it small bottle 17 fl.oz. 28$ to see my girl lookin beautifull priceless... hope this helps

Yea bud I think we found your problem. T5's are pretty damn strong
lights... I think 2 or 3 inches only applies to like cfl's when we're talking
seedlings.
I have my t5's 3 foot above the seedlings and they are not streching at
all... and even if they do with seedlings a little strech is not such a bad
thing... can be fixed with some pop sickle sticks or something similar till
the stalk gets stronger.
I'd suggest moving the lights up to at least 2 feet above them minimum...
I'd do that and if you see a strech them use something to hold them up
and drop the lights down very little if at all.
Anyone have any comments here... do you think that 3 inches is close for
a T5?

I keep my t5 about 2 inches above my seelings and they love that shiz. Plus I am growing some g13 Haze at the moment and stretching early on in life would probable make that shiz grow out my cieling.
but yea, I would recommend a couple of inches. Never had problems.

i ran one of the biggest clone dept.'s in the bay area and i live by super thrive, molasses, and karo syrup, 1/2 strength at 3-4 weeks old in 6 inch pots.once transplanted into 1 gal. pots i would step them up to a stronger nute schedule.best seedling lighting is CFL spirals 6500k spectrum!keep light to about 4 inch's from tops and watch them GROW!

I quit using it years ago. I switched to a kelp product. Contains almost the same things and more!
FAR better for your plant in the long run and plenty of the kelp products out there are organic. A simple Kelp extract will work wonders. Use as directed on the label.
Keep in mind that in flower,,,,,Superthrive does NOTHING for the plant! It is for vegging only!!

The best thing for you to do, is mix up a fresh batch of ProMix Mycorrhizae HP + worm castings, maybe a dash of bat guano, then transplant that nute burnt seedling with some warm pH'd water...I'd feed it just water and lightly spray it. If you have a heated dome set-up, it wouldn't hurt to keep them in there at 77 to 79 degrees F too. They're sensitive little babies at this point. It's well worth the effort to baby the shit out them especially when they are babies and in the winter time. I've found no problems getting seeds to pop in the summer time or even late spring time, but in the fall or winter is another story...it's almost like they know it's winter and there's no way they're coming out in this nastiness winter time. Almost. lol
