Hey everyone, how much soil would I need for 18 seeds might be doing outdoor, but I want to do use foxfarm soil any other recommendations?? Thanks

What size pot are you growing in? Three gallon? 3 gal x 18 plants = 54 gallons. Take that number, convert it to cubic feet (a cubic foot is 0.134 of a gallon): 54 gallons x 0.134 = 7.23 cu/ft.
So you will need 7.23 cu/ft of medium for 18 plants in three gallon pots at minimum. This calculation is minimum, meaning that if you start in smaller pots and move up to three gallon pots, all of the dirt from the transplant must make it into the three gallon pots along with the plants.
Plants grow larger outside and need much more dirt, so modify the above numbers accordingly.

I dont plan on putting them in pots, I just wanted to do an open field kinda thing..
Well, that depends on the quality of earth you're planting into, and your budget. A 2x2x2' hole isn't out of the ordinary, and for many growers, is on the small size. That's 8 cu/ft of soil, per plant.

So if I got 18 seeds how many bags do you think I'd need
I don't know. Can't you at least figure that out? I mean the bags of medium you're buying are labeled with the amount of soil they contain, no? I've given you all of the mathematical calculations you'll need regardless of how the company that makes your preferred soil state the volume.
I've got no clue what size or types of bags or bails the soil you're going to use will hold. My medium comes in 60lb, 3.8 cu/ft bails. Take that into consideration if you're going to be carrying those around.
