So i have 14 Super Skunk fem in an Ebb and Flow system just started feeding them 300ppm of Iguana Juice Nutes and my question is how much should i flood this tray?

ive heard that once the water from the previous flood is dried in the drainage canals that i should flood it again.

so ive been flooding it every 8 hours...

big mistake or is it the only way to feed them. will the roots rot in the cubes????? they have mass of white roots pouring out of the cubes 6" 6"6"

You may be over watering, which ebb & flow system are you using specifically? what medium are you using? Can you post pics?

the same question i have too with the feeding schedule
are you suppose to let the rockwool be almost dry before you feed it again ??
i heard that feeding it once a day is okay, as long as the top roots are not being wet
my rockwool is not completely dried out too when its being fed, it still has about 50% water in it

ive heard top 1/3 shoudl remain pretty aerated out, bottom 2/3s can be fully submerged, i really hvae been wondering about this same topic for awhile, im nursing seedlings along right now in mini cubes and i just been keeping the roots wet, but i want to know what the feeding schedule situation is because their getting to be bigger. i got a timer that can turn on and off 2 times per day so i was figuring of doing 2 longer floods...someone who is informed please comment

My guide on retard-proof rockwool watering.

1.) Take two dry rockwool cubes.

2.) Soak one in water for 10 minutes.

3.) Feel the weight of the watered one versus dry one?

4.) When it feels right about in the middle of wet vs dry, flood the table.

In reality, with your cubes, you want to water 2-3 times a day just long enough to fill the tray and then drain it. It'll be less during veg, and more during flower, aka as the plants size increase they will use the water faster. Most likely start with 1 watering a day, and by the end of flowering 3-4 at most.

Good luck!!
