it does say that as well but it says that is for indoor plants. mine also say right b eneath it for outdoor plants use 4 dropperfulls. im using 10-15-10 as well from schultz weird if it doesnt say the exact thing on both.

and naw mine doesnt say anything about indoor or outdoor we prolly have differnt bottles
