How much Nutes

So I have a outside plant 5 gallon fabric . 4 weeks into flower...I notice it is def root bound but doing good. Drys out every day until the next watering. Should I be feeding it more often since it is root bound..giving a 9/50/30 water fertilizer. Thanks

In my opinion, if it is drying out yes feed it more it will thank you.
As far as nuts that NPK I can not tell you or give advice. my NPK is much lower

If you water every day do something like 2 days with nutes and 3rd day pure water. If you have a ppm meter I would mix to around 900ppm on nutrient days. Should work just fine for you.
