yah i have seen those before

my first time i was plannin on pickin up two 1000s to replace my two 600's but then got turned onto those so i dont have to keep my 600's for the hot summer. i can run the same ballasts year round turn it down to 750 in the summer and up to 1000 for the winter temps.

yah thats kinda cool because with that much heat you dont need a heater or to pay gas for the winter hehe

Sorry, I was thinking about my set up. I am running Fresca Sol's so heat is not an issue.

A 400 an 600 is just a few deg hotter, not that bad.

just a guess here , but I think it's going to put out 200 more watts worth of heat...lol. sorry couldn't resist
