I was thinking 4-6 weeks as well wasn't sure tho this is my first grow and I'm encountering quite a bit of mold;( how they look so far you guys think?

Yeah, just kinda eye ball the nugs, and when they look like most of the hairs are amber/red-ish you should be good to go, this is also assuming your flowers turn that color, lol Ive seen some straight crazy ass colored strains. So if your's isnt the average red-ish who the hell knows... lol

increase airflow, they look to be in week 2 of flowering to mon.........

Depends what one your looking at a few maybe in week 2 but most are at least a month in.

Anchor the brances to something And spread them apart to increase airflow.
