Aw. It's cute standing there staring out the window. I'd say at least two more weeks, but I would let it go as long as I could to try to get as much weight as possible.

Water it and leave it until you get back. There's no difference if it happens to dry out when you leave, or if you chop it down and it starts to dry out. At least if you give it one more watering it has a chance to live until you get back.
You think it will develop more in terms of bud size?
Even if it doesn’t, ripe small buds are better than premature harvested ones
Cutting it down now only has cons, no pros for it. Buds will be less developed and just as susceptible to any issues as would feeding once more and leaving it.
