A plant is dry when it is dry. People have various methods of their own for telling, such as if the stem bends or snaps, but at the end of the day it's dry when it's dry and that you are happy it's dried enough. Growing the thing is only part of the game, you can fuck everything up if you don't dry properly and turn what could have bee great weed into very sub-par weed. It can take a handful of harfvests to dial it in for your environment. Trial and error
Usually it takes a minimum of 5 days depending on the room temp and conditions. Best method to use is if the stem snaps with no problem. Tuesday and u should be good
A nice slow even dry is good with low temps and humidity. When the main stems snap, they are dry in my opinion. Mine can take anywhere from 5 to 7 days.
My method sense I am kinda new to growing is I let half my harvest dry for 7 days and the other half dry for 14 days. This way I get a spectrum of difference and can go from there. Which ever one feel/looks/taste the best is what I rock out to for the next harvest.
Then it's either into paper bags or jars and popping the lids for a few hours every day for the first few weeks....slow cure will bring you the best flavor.
