I would say atleast 8 weeks if not more.... this looks like it just started flowering.

Also looks sativa so maybe even longer like 12 + weeks.

Any idea what strain this is?

If you are going to build a sealed box just continue flowering with the sun and put the plant into the box for its 12 hr dark period. And its just getting started flowering. 8-10 weeks as a estimate..........

For organic pest control try Neem, other than that you could go down the natural predators route, praying mantis, hypoaspis miles, predatory nematodes, ladybugs, pirate bugs.

Use neem oil in a spray bottle mixed with water and a drop of soap (yes soap). It'll break the neem apart and keep it from clogging up the nossel. Spray the top and bottom of the leaves thoroughly. Make sure you spray durring you dark cycles. Light turns water drops into little magnifying glasses and can burn the leafs. Do this once a week for two weeks. The oil doesn't kill insects directly but it does killl their eggs and is gentle on YOUR babies.

1-If you are going to use soap then why buy neem? Neem and water mixed well will not plug sparyer nozzles.
2-Neem kills adult insects. Most eggs/nits are not affected by the neem.

Get your info straight Noob...........

10 weeks or more... looks good and like you have a long way to go. Look through some grow journals and compare yours with how their's looked when they finished.

You should scrap the CFL and purchase a HID light that is 400-watts or more, 600-watts would be nice.

A 150-watt HID light will have very little light penetration so you will end up with little to nothing production-wise from the lower half of your plant, and other than the top, the cola, they rest you get will likely not be much to write home about. You may even lose not only many leaves but entire branches due to low light conditions if that plants shoots up the way I would expect it to.

the days start getting longer in the end of March. You still have about 8 weeks. You can use a tarp after that to keep it darker longer. I am keeping my plant outside and letting her do her thing. I have to much going on, can't pamper the plant. She's probably at about the same phase as yours except yours is bushier and mine may have more preflowers

i will try to post some pics soon. we can compare. Mine is about 2 feet tall but lanky.
