they been in veg for 2 months under cfl's and then they where under cfl's 2700k for 6 weeks, and they have been under a 400W hps for the last 3 weeks

yeah well i would keep it under the 400w for at least another month at least might be 2 but hps for flower for sure basicly look at it like your 3 weeks into flower...
