This is my first grow. I planted from seed on May 10th. I now have 9 females ranging from 2' to 4.5' tall and all of them are full of buds. They have been budding for atleast 7 weeks since I started 12/12. How much longer before I can start curing? What can I do to speed them up :-) Take a look at the pic's.

What kind of light are you using? What strain are they?

To me they look like they need more light and at least a few more weeks.

I'd say at least a month more. They look like they could have used more light. Still, even.

I don't know what strain. A previous post suggested they are indica because of the fat leaves. The bag they came from was excellent bud. Yes, More Light. I have been working on a very tight budget. In fact, most people would not believe how I grew these. In a closet with 2 'Home depot' Purchased shop lights with 2 40W flourecent Bulbs in each. I have fed them with a little Superthrive and MiracleGro Rose Plant Food and I made a homemade c02 generator out of Sugar, Water & yeast. In fact I made homemade wine and thus produced the c02. I wish I could afford some decent lights. I guess I'll have to just give them much more time with what I have.

Where can I get a decent light for less than an arm and a leg and a pound.
CFL's are relatively cheap. The 42w bulbs run around $10. 3-4 of those would really help. I believe they sell 'em at Home Depot.

to speed them up, more light. I would say you are several weeks (2-4) away from harvest. Good luck.

Most strains need 8 weeks og flowering. And that is not from seed, that is from maturity. You still have a long way to go.

Please elaborate Green Cross. "Poor Genetics"?
Genetics determine 50%+ of the outcome.

You get out what you put in unless you get lucky with some bag seed genetics.

These look like they're going into their 3rd week of flower.

Don't be in a hurry to harvest, because that will shrink up to nothing when you dry it. GL
