How much longer, and is this budrot?

Is this deficiency or budrot?

How much longer would you let this go? <- is the best of the group, the rest aren't as far, more are like this one --> So I think a couple more weeks on those and maybe not a whole week on the previous pic? They fill out a lot at the very end? Some aren't covered in trichs but are moreso this week than they were last, but still not great.

I broke 4 main colas over the last 6 weeks, the shit is brittle. I've been fighting deficiencies, I fed them twice light doses then plain water and they weren't recouping fast enough so I gave them another feed a couple days ago.

Should I harvest part of the plant that's more done when I harvest? Give the rest of them a week or two to thicken up.

If I make hash from the plants do I need to cure them the same way?

what is the Strain?Looks to be maybe 2 weeks.Not sure if thats bud rot looks like bleaching......maybe lights too close.may be a deficiency.

It's hybrid indica dominant with a dozen different things bred in over the years. Couldn't say a strain specifically.

not sure on the rest or the bud rot, dosent really look like bud rot..im baffled.

Here's another bud with an arrow pointing to another random spot that's not too close to the light:

You are well past done. The white hairs that could be confusing you are from the over ripe foxtailing.

The brittle parts are dried bud. Happens when the stem breaks or the bud breaks away from the stem, or when light sears the bud in that spot.

The rest of the issue looks like stress and being way past ready to harvest like last posted pointed out.

Well shiet I still have only harvested a couple buds and was thinking the ones that didn't have mostly red pistils should go even longer. I figured I'll harvest tomorrow, give them one more night since I watered yesterday...just hoping they'd get a little bigger.... But some buds are definitely too ripe, I wonder if stressing them late caused parts to ripen faster. shit.

I just smoked the buds in the OP today and they were good.
