how much light

I've done some research but can't find the answer im looking for for some reason. I just wanna know what kind of light and space i need for 10, maybe up to 15 autoflower plants. i want the simplest set up possible, and that will be a coffee table in my spare room/storage/closet/whatever the hell it really is, half gallon jugs for the pots, and then some lights hanging over it. this will be my first grow, and if i do it the simplest way possible, i know what to expect as far a minimum yeild. The coffee table is 5'x2'. so my question is how much cfl lighting (at minumum) should i use for this?

If you use half gallon jugs, your limiting your plants growth you want at least a gallon per foot of growth.

whatever i do, im just trying to find out what lighting i need for about 6'x3'.

you need a minimum of 4800 lumens per square foot a plant... hope that helps.

so you're saying i need about 96,000 lumens for a 6'x3' space? this is regardless of how many plants i have as long as the entire space has enought light to grow the plants? so that would be (rough estimate) about 40 42w bulbs. seems like a lot. i believe ya though.
