How much Light Should I Give My Germinated Seeds that Haven't Sprouted Yet?

They are in cups of soil.

They will not get any light until they sprout up. Make sure the soil does not get to hot or cold.

Well i meant like should i have a light on the soil they are in and if it gets too hot will they not sprout?

What kind of lighting are you using?

I run a 42w cfl for seedlings and I know many other use T5 lighting because of the low heat.

I was using a simple 60w fluorescent bulb for heat but they sprouted so i have them in the sun now.

you don't need any light until they sprout, keeping a light on them will dry your soil out quick and you want it to stay moist till they pop. Just keep em in a room that is between 70-80 degrees.. and don't keep them in direct sun cause it could fry them

Alright they have sprouted is a 14/12 lighting system okay im growing outdoors
