Im curious to know what you guys average per plant of dry weight. I know alot of factors play in here like how long the veg and what not. Im upgrading my setup and wanted to see what others with similar setups have gotten. Im doing a drip system with .75gal pots and a botanicare line with some chem suppliments. Im going from just a few fans and 1000watt lights to multiple fans, AC and Co2. so ya any idea or any experioence what you guys have gotten in similar instances?

What strain will you be growing? Will they be from seed or from clone? How much space will you be using??

the plants will be from clones. I am in a 240sq ft area. The strains are super silver haze and white widow. they are under 7 1000watt hps. 2 week veg. flipped the plants when they were no bigger than 12in.

i went from soil 1OZ per plant to a bubblebucket 2.5oz per plant to a hydrofarm waterfarm 4.5 oz per plant i now grow 5 plants and get 1.25 lbs off of one 1000w hps im thinking of building an aeroponic setup that will increase the yield about another oz per plant

My first grow I had root problems adding molassis to my DWC and mites in the very end that cuased me to harvest early and got 2oz +\- per plant...
This last harvest is still drying but I'm guessing at min. 3oz per plant, another week or so and I'll know for sure, I haven't weighed it wet. That is using a DWC with in a 5 gal tub.

or better yet how big were your plants when you flipped them? how many times did you top during veg? how many top colas per plant roughly?

Not topping. I did some LST and pinching/ twisting my stems. From LST'n and the pinching/ twisting the plants created three colas each. I cloned under floros and cfls while the previous grow finished, then vegged for almost a month.

It's not hard to get a pound from 1000w, but my experience is soil growing just a few 4'ers at a time, maybe 6. No supplemental co2, just on good air circulation. It's easy to get less though, if you don't veg long enough first or really don't utilize the light properly. 3lbs per kw dry isn't impossible on hydro. Tree's... One single tree can do 3lbs if you really wanted to veg it that long.
