On average an Oz. But it really depends on the dencity of the buds. I've seen and ounce only fill one up 3/4 and I've seen a fluffy ounce that needed to be crammed in. It all depends.

An ounce to two ounces but like PeyoteReligion said, it really depends on the strain and how compact the buds are.

I generally get just under or right at 2 oz. One pheno had really fluffy bud and it was about an ounce and a half in a qt jar. I don't really pack them tight tho.
