How much do i water?!?!??

Hey i have a sunut 1000 watt cfl, around 6 plants. there a month into vegging how much should i be watering them?daily??help please. thanks

depending on how big your pots are i would say yes if they are a month. but.. if the top inch layer of soil is dry then usually it needs water, if the plant looks flat and is folding over then that is a good indication as well...

Ive got some that the leaves are growing down of bending down,otherwise the rest are fine.Is that a sign of watering too much or not enough water or too much worm castings liquid(measured as required).
Can anybody help me?

Without pictures it would be hard to say.. could be a number of things.. are the leaves turning yellow at all?
