How much can I grow?(MMJ)

Where can I find more info on how much I can grow, buy, carry etc etc etc

Colorado Amendment 20 covers basically all of that, except for now you can only be a caregiver for 5 patients and not grow "for profit". Anyhow quick overview, 6 plants per patient (3 flowering), 2 ozs dry weight (per patient) carrying or buying.

If you are a licensed patient you can grow 6 plants, with no more than 3 producing a usable form of cannabis (flowering). You are allowed to be in possesion of a maximum of 2 oz. of cannabis. If you opted for an edible license you can grow up to 35 plants. You need to make sure to tell your physician that you would rather not smoke which will enable you for the higher plant count.

This needs a bit of clarification:

The criminal EXCEPTION to the marijuana laws afforded by our constitution allow for only 6 plants and 2oz.

The AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE is allowed for plant counts over 6 and possession over 2oz but can require a court room to grant that defense.
There is a significant difference between showing your red card to an officer and him walking away, or getting arrested for felony cultivation/possession.
A felony will cost you $7,000 to $15,000+ to defend yourself... and you had better be able to prove a medical need for the additional plants in front of a jury.

Don't mean to be a downer, but understand what you are getting into when you go over 6. An edibles rec is not a golden ticket.

There are no 50's according to the state. They only acknowledge 6 so be careful. The doctor can and will prescribe 50 for you though.

I have a friend of a friend, not in Colorado, that had a waiver for more than the legal amount for this state. (Same here 7 plants including 3 flowering.) His house got raided and the cops laughed in his face. He is still waiting to get his charges, he's out free still. so who knows....Good luck JR

Hey just remember that every city and county have not decided anything they are all divided and do the same things. Keep quit and hidden and they wont search you out. And Colorado itself changes things daily. It's gunna be a roller-coaster for years to come stay stay hidden and they wont bother you.

My friend in lakewood had the police come knock on his door about 8 months back. His ex-wife found out and called the cops. he had like 40. The 2 police officers came in he showed them proof and the complimented him on a nice op said it was the largest grow room they had ever seen. They were all compliments. But I would prefer to still stay under the radar. personally. I am more afraid of robbers and of not even being able to have any(at all) protection(not any kind of weapon).

You can flower 3 and veg 3, anything other than that, regardless of what your doc says, is a gamble.
If you yield more than 2oz from your 3 plants, you are to use the magic wand that comes with your red card to make the excess cannabis vanish without harming anyone.

Buy hindu kush seeds. Buy advanced nutrients jungle grow micro bloom in about a month. I would get a (1000 watt hps light). (buy a 1000 watt hps cooling reflector). Then buy (20 5 - gallons buckets). Fill up all 20 5 gallon buckets with (fox farm soil). Let all of your plants veg untill they are 3 feet tall. Then after they are 3 feet flower them for 3 months. First two weeks use a 1/8 tbs of cloning gel such as super thrive. Record Results. After 1 month use 1/8 tbs mico grow bloom jungle from advanced nutrients. Record results. Only give plants nutrients once every two weeks.
