If your running 6500 watts you need 3 ton mini split. Since it’s led you could possibly get by with a 2 ton but I doubt it. With the price difference not being being much and 2 tons being underpowered for a sealed room with 6500 watts just get the 3 ton. I have two rooms with 6000 watts hps, and have a 3 ton in each room, when I go above 6000 watts they struggle to keep up.
I know leds aren’t quite as hot but it’s not going to be a whole ton of cooling less for roughly the same amount of watts.

Ended up getting a 24kbtu window unit @ $700 bucks from lowes - Temps stay 75with lights at 95% and a/c unit runs constantly. Want to drop those temps to 68ish and will have to turn lights down to achieve those temps I feel.

I have an identical room right next to this room and will probably run a 3ton minisplit per Apalchen's recommendation once I flip it to flower.
