How many E-Z Clone misters do you think I could feed with a 550GPH water pump?

I was hoping to use one pump to feed all 4 of my aero tubs. Probably fit about 18 plants per tub, so basically wondering if one 550GPH pump can feed enough water through the PVC and misters to supply 72 plants with water and nutrients?

Also, I was going to use a 50 gallon reservoir for all 4 (35 gallon) aero tubs. Hoping that's big enough as well? Mind you, these 35 gallon tubs will not fill with water at all, so basically just needing to know that this 50gallon reservoir will hold enough water in it to keep the PVC pipes full and the pump itself submerged. I have no realistic idea on just how much water gets tied up in the system itself. That's why I am asking.

Thoughts/Experience?
