How many?

So I have a room set up that is 4x6. 6mil diamond mylar on 3 sides 4ft high.. I have 3 mars hydro ts1000s long ways in the room about 6-10inch between the fixtures. I'm trying to fit 6 under them. Would this be enough to flower?

Enough what, plants or lights?
30 watts/foot or more is recommended.
