I have 2 600's. And yes definatley will do 120x120 cm.
How many watts should you keep your grow under to avoid detection (uk)

Just one 1000w light in my flowering room. No supplemental lighting and I just installed the light mover for this grow so we'll see how much it increases my yield. I have a 400w MH and a 250 switchable balllast for the veg room.

the question is.... what u gonna do with all that hot air
They more than likely wont see any heat signature from your lights if you are in a basement but they might see you venting hot air out... try the ice box from hydroinnovations and a completely sealed and insulated room and you will have no troubles.

Well....... I would use a dryer style vent and blow through that. Though you would have to core a hole, or make a pice to sit in the window w/ a flange.

a small room space heater run at 1500w
i have 1in me bedroom my wife has one in the bathroom
my kids share one in there bed room thats 3 at one time
and most of the
my 32in sony bravia is 135w, 3 of them and there almost on all the time
the point is dont worry about w useage

i wouldnt bother with those led lights... nothing compares to hid
right now i vent straight back into my bedroom - i cant think of anywhere really safer to vent to at the moment. I am tempted to go for the 4 x 600 watters in a tent that is 240x240x200cm
what are peoples opinions? how much is too much?

Sorry I don't know if you mentioned it.... but are you living in a house or apartment?
In ANY house, you are safe adding 4 600w's for sure. If you're that worried just go with 3. But like most people are saying you can go far past that as long as you have zero suspicion from anywhere else.....
