How many plants for 300w+

Hi all, here is what im gonna be using watts wise for veg and flower.

veg- 250w cfl + 85wcfl + 20w cfl x2

flower- 250wcfl + 125wcfl + 45wcfl x2

how many plants could i get under all this light, i have 2 seedlings under 140w now, i was thinking about adding 1 more maybe 2, to the family,
Do you guys think i have enough light for 4 plants in 7.5l containers (moving to 10l when reach flowering)
i will be lsting all my plants.
ps im in a 80cmx80cm x 6ft roughly in height.

I like to have no less than 100 watts per plant in veg. So say 300 would easily do 3 plants. Will it do more than that? Yes but remember better light penetration better plant. Keep the cfls close.

You can grow with less than 100 watts but results will be different. 100 is just what I recommend.

I think of it more about floor area so what you can get in the floor area so id aim for 30-40w psf for veg with cfl and 60-80w psf for flower with cfl's
