How many plant can i flower with a 400 watt hps?

I grow w/ a 400 and a 150 HPS for flowering, I just added the 150.

When I was using just the 400 I could fit 12 plants under it fine. I grow from clone in 1 gallon buckets, so they stay short and bushy. No problems.
