I'd say offensive force is present when one human makes it clear they'd prefer not to interact with another and the other human persists and forces the interaction to happen.

On the surface, your example sounds like the black person seeking the interaction is not the aggressor, because you shrouded it in racial guilt speak like you like to do.

However if a black person wished to be left alone, and a white person insisted on the interaction, the white person would be the aggressor in that instance. So, it's not about race per se. It's about the person who forcibly insists that an unwanted interaction will be initiated. That person is the one using offensive force.

Which West? Do you mean the West as in the western side of the Mississippi river? Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana were the West at one point in American history. Is that the West you speak of here?

Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Alabama was the Old Southwest at one time in American history.

The West today was not always the West and was not always in American control. Before American control of the land that is the West today, Native American societies dominated and they had governmental systems, albeit unlike Euro-American governmental systems.

Then the U.S. Government invaded and conquered the West, and with it they brought the U.S. Army with them--the most glaring example of government.

Generally speaking I agree with you, but you conveniently ignore the context of my meaning.

Here let me explain to you slow person and maybe you can connect the dots....

In any kind of human interaction involving property of one person being exchanged for property of another, if the exchange isn't mutual and voluntary and BOTH parties haven't agreed to it...

What would you call it then?

It was better before the US government/military arrived and forced taxes on free land.
