How many of you use uv eye protection in your grow rooms?

I wasn't able to find goggles that blocked specific wavelengths and lux levels.

Welding goggles will likely provide the supreme protection I require (my vision is paramount), but I didn't want to take any chances.

I just decided to turn the lights off and turn on normal safe lights.

Sunglasses are HORRIBLE

#1
They don't block ALL UV light
#2 The don't block red or far red (I read somewhere our lights have a lot of this)
#3 They keep your eyes dilated allowing your eyes to absorb even more damaging light!

In all seriousness on the side of safety. My "sunglasses" though polarized and actual quality glass worked with my crees with high IR. My new QB's I need real eye protection. Who's got a link?

These are the ones I have. I went with the Revo Gold color, was the lowest percent @ 8%.
I'm looking into all. Thank you. Honestly didn't really consider exposure. Spend hours in the tent.

You are getting that from the lights in your grow room?? I mean no joke, I will definitely be making room! Might even just sacrifice a couple of my smaller plants if it’ll get me enough room,, they are rather bushy freaking being selfish with the room n light!! No more singing them bedtime songs!!

I also use welding goggles. Shade 5. Sometimes shade 8. I wish I could find a shade 6-7 but I have never seen.
Covers half the face. Sunglasses let too much light in.

900w actual cobs in 4x4. Straight line where my skin tone changes at sleeve level. LOL. QB's are brighter is all. Looking for better eyewear.
