Almost bit not quite. Seeing as the plant drinks the beer, all the alcohol will be eaten up by the plant. You dont want drunk plants

In reality to the question...

Make sure you use a 10 Deg drop at lights off (all bloom long). Adding some extra K during bloom will help this too. NO extra K at 2 - 3 weeks to harvest. If you drop another 5 deg during the last 2 weeks.. You'll get more.

As far as the cold slowing growth. As long as your root temps recover quickly after lights on.....Nothing to worry about at all! My old school trick for that?

Go to the water everyday method and use warm nutrient solution to bring up root temps - right at lights on!

Using a water heater works sweet too when your in a cold basment haha

Ive thought about running a dwc with a fish tank heater outdoors to see how far pasy frost they would go:)

80 proof or better or the plants won't have enough in excess of what they use for their own metabolic processess to leave enough of the alcohol stored in their tissues for the end user to notice the difference.

If you really want to kick it up a notch it's all about that Fireball ftw!
