No, the chances of getting busted are slim to non. seeds are very easy to ship since they are so small and they are usually sent in some kind of air tight container, whether it be a vial or just sealed plastic, so dogs cant smell them. Also, even if you did get caught they would just take the seeds and send you a letter saying they found them and took them. thats it.
 
oh, well that's a relief, I thought they'd let them go through and then monitor my address and bust me at the worst moment. As you can see I'm a slightly paranoid stoner.
 
well I just got a hybrid of white widow and northern lights called "chrystal" I can't wait to see how these seeds turn out once I can germinate them.
