How many CFL's for: 0-2 weeks..2-4 weeks etc?

How many cool white cfls is needed for 5 seedlings? How many is needed after 2 weeks? When do I switch on my 600 watt Mh in veg so they can explode? Then ill switch my HPS so it can stink..

comon, not to insult you or anything but do you HONESTLY think I would plant SEEDLINGS into a 3 gal pot?

No. Im going to put them into party cups for the first few weeks. Hopefully you or anyone else reading has a better understanding of what I am talking about now.
