How many bulbs do I need?

Hey so I am going to be creating an indoor setup with CFLs. This is only to grow my own personal smoke and I will likely only be growing one plant, but two at the most. I was planning on using 42 watt CFLs and want to know how many would be sufficient to produce a decent amount of buds.

Any help is really appreciated!
