How many 23w 6500k Cfls do I need to grow 4 plants?

I've decided to go with Cfls through veg and flower. I let the 2 auto fem seeds sit in a glass of water for 36 hours and one of them has a tiny white spot coming out. I took them out and put them in a moist paper towel in a tupperware behind my xbox. I'm going to start another 2 feminized seeds, but I'd like to get your guys opinion on which ones.
Barneys Farm Pineapple Chunk, Barneys Farm Critical Kush, G13 Labs Blueberry Gum, or Dna Genetics Chocolope Kush. I'm thinking Pineapple Chunk and Blueberry Gum because they are both indicas and are mould resistant. Let me know your guys's thoughts! Thanks!

Go with indicas and as many cfl as u can jam in there

For vegetation I will probaly end up running 12 23watt 6500k Cfls for 4 plants. I will then run 12 23watt 2700k's for flower. Sound good enough ?? Let me know your thoughts.
