how long ya think?

ok so i've got a bunch of ladies starting their 7th week of flower and 2 are looking really close to done, one of them looks like i'll be putting her into 48 hrs of dark in the next day or two i think?

thing is, i sprayed them with neem oil say 8 days ago, so should i wait 14 days before chopping or is 2 weeks just a general guideline.

reason i sprayed is cause i had little flies looked like fungus gnats, they went away but i just saw one again today! ladies are really close my longest is a diesel that takes around ~ 9 weeks so i'm a little worried about an infestation right before harvest, then again i don't remember them being too destructive when i had them last...anyways i'm gonna wing it i'm sure it my harvest will turn out alright.

I also seem to have this problem:
pics 1&2 are of the one that's most ready, the buds got heavy and stems couldn't support its weight, so it's all floppy- i know it doesn't get as good of light like that but it's pretty fat for a 1 foot plant and looks dank

pics 3&4 are of another one that's 2 feet and can't stand up on its own, it was leaning for a while before i tied it up with a string so it's looking alright right now,

i think i'll get a decent harvest off of them, pluse the 3 others i have in there....of all 5 of my flowering ladies though the little trees can't support themselves, i have a decent fan blowing on them but once they start to get heavy with buds they just start leaning like crazy till i tie em up...suggestions?

i bought some pro-silica to supplement my regular feeding i thought it might help a bit but nothing noticable as yet...oh yea the last photo is of my flower room a week ago, right at week 6, so they've bulked up a little since then

They look like you have all sorts of problems. Why are all the leaves curling/dying???
